Dear Agency Partners: As you’ve seen from Dave Wine’s recent “View from the Top”, I will not be traveling to your offices for at least the next several weeks. However, MAX is already very familiar with Zoom videoconferencing technology, so I am still available to you and your offices for training and assistance during this time. MAX’s employees regularly work from home, so if you’d like someone to help you think through what that might look like for your own agency during this time, let me know whatever you might need. By separating the agency calls, we are better able to prioritize your calls, ensuring we can continue to provide you our best responsiveness regardless of any potential staff shortages.
