We have a new address verification available in Stingray starting Wednesday, March 21. The pop up window looks different-- here's an example of the new pop up:

Just click on the square that you want to use and the pop up will close and fill in the address information.
The new verification does not include the county, but it's in development and we will let you know when it's available.
Running into an error message that says 'Invalid city/state/zip combo' ?
Simply clear your browser's cache to proceed. Usually you can select Alt + F5 simultaneously and the browser will clear its cache. Once this is done, you should be able to proceed with your quote without any further issue. If the error message persists, then please submit a Stingray Help Desk ticket for assistance by emailing hd@maxinsurance.com.
